Here at Nackt we do everything by the book, below you will see all of our store policies. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.


All items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days unless stated otherwise. Express shipping refers only to the shipping option and not to the dispatch time.

We gladly accept returns

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery, proof of postage is required. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Items on sale

  • Earrings, unless faulty

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery service.

If the buyer enters the incorrect address and the parcel is not returned to sender no refund will be issued and no parcel will be resent. If the parcel is returned to sender we will gladly issue a refund, minus the cost in which we paid to post the parcel.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to non collection and the buyer chooses to have a refund, the cost which we paid to post your item will be deducted from your refund. 

Alternatively the buyer may choose to have the parcel resent at their own cost, this will be the cost which we are charged to post the parcel.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. If a parcel is returned to sender due to unpaid import duty / taxes only the cost of the contents will be refunded.
